Hey lovelies,
As weather gets hotter the 75 degrees,
our butters can start to melt.
But we do everything in OUR power
to reduce the possibility of
melting butter. We will add ice packets
To help.
With that being
said, we can NOT guarantee
NO MELTING BUTTERS.
That's why we try and ship
Mon-Wed so less time sitting in
warehouse or truck.
Also please make sure they
aren't sitting outside to long.
But please bear in mind, that is a
possibility during transit!
If they do melt SIMPLY allow it
to naturally harden back up either
by room temperature or by putting in
refrigerator or freezer.
It is STILL useable after that!
Due to our body butter being whipped,
when melted they may appear
half full.
This is not the case as the air pockets
no longer exist in their liquid state.
KEEP AWAY FROM WINDOWS & DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
INVALID ADDRESS:
Please make sure your address is CORRECT
before checking out.
If USPS can not get a valid address,
we will email you for the right one.
But you have 24 hours to respond
or
your order will be canceled and refunded.
Then put back onto the website
to be sold. You can
get back on and re-order, but it
won't be put on hold for you.
REFUNDS/RETURNS:
There are NO
returns/exchanges STRICTLY
due to sanitary reasons,
so be vigilante as to what you
order!
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If your items are returned due to
incorrect address.
We will email you for your right
address.
You will have 24 hours to reply with the correct
address. If you do
you will be charge shipping again.
If there is no reply
your order will be refunded
(minus the shipping cost.)
Once it is physically back in
our possession.

within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include extensive photos
and/or video of the damage.
So we can access the
situation and cater to the problem.
